Mr. Ved Kumar Sharma
FOUNDER
Ved Kumar Sharma is the founder of Butson Biosciences and the visionary behind the company’s strong foundation in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector. He has studied Premedical at Intermediate level and graduated in Humanities and was one of the toppers in History from Punjab University, Chandigarh. Although an arts student by degree, his deep passion for medicines and healthcare led him to pursue extensive self-learning in medical sciences. Through hands-on training and years of practical exposure, he developed a profound understanding of the industry and transformed his knowledge into a successful enterprise.
He has vast experience as Medical representative & District Manager in Ranbaxy. He has worked in Delhi, Madhya Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Chhattisgarh, J&K, Western UP & Bundelkhand.
Driven by dedication, curiosity, and experience, he built the company with a vision that continues to be carried forward by the second generation. Known for his mentorship and leadership, Ved Sharma strongly believes in sharing knowledge and empowering his employees through continuous learning, classroom training and guidance. His commitment to passing down his expertise has played a key role in shaping the culture and growth of Butson Biosciences.
Ms. Aaeesha Vyas
CO-FOUNDER
Aaeesha Vyas is the Co-Founder of BUTSON BIOSCIENCES, a pharma marketing enterprise that has been built on trust, science, and a deep respect for healthcare professionals. With an MBA and a business mindset shaped by both the boardroom and the field, she brings a rare combination of strategic clarity and on-the-ground understanding to everything she leads.
A proud alumna of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women Entrepreneurship Programme in partnership with India’s most prestigious institution IIM Lucknow, Aaeesha is committed to building businesses that are not just commercially successful, but ethically grounded and people-first. Her work spans a growing network of doctors, medical representatives, and pharma brands across multiple states — each relationship nurtured with the same care and integrity that defines her leadership philosophy.
As a second-generation entrepreneur, Aaeesha has chosen not just to inherit a legacy — but to evolve it.
